Terms of Purchase

Welcome to Foundry Window Works. Because all of our window treatments, automated systems, and hardware are custom-tailored and fabricated to the exact specifications of your space, all orders are subject to the following purchase terms:

Quote Validation & Re-measurement

  • All project quotes are valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

  • Final production will not begin until Foundry Window Works has personally performed or verified an on-site measurement analysis.

Payment Structure & Order Initiation

  • Deposit: A 60% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate custom fabrication.

  • Final Balance: The remaining 40% balance is due immediately upon completion of the installation.

  • Custom Order Policy: Once the deposit is paid and the order is placed into fabrication, changes, cancellations, or refunds cannot be accommodated.

Lead Times & Scheduling

  • Estimated lead times are provided at the time of order based on current manufacturer schedules. While we work to ensure timely delivery, Foundry Window Works is not liable for manufacturing or shipping delays outside of our direct control.

  • We will coordinate your installation date as custom fabrication nears completion.

Site Preparedness

  • For a successful installation, the client or general contractor must ensure that all window frames, drywall, trim work, and necessary electrical wiring (for motorized systems) are fully completed, clean, and accessible before our scheduled arrival.

Warranties & Claims

  • All products carry their respective manufacturer’s warranties regarding fabrics, mechanisms, and motors.
